How to Stop Worrying and Start Living is an immesely powerful, and practical book. The practicality in this book is just amazing.
Dale Carnegie structures his book with the tips to stop worrying and then a bunch of examples talking about how people used this certain tactic to stop worrying, increase energy, get more time, etc.
This isn’t a book to just read the tips and wonder what they mean and how you can implement in them in your life. No, this a book talking about how other people stopped worrying with his set of tactics and why they are so powerful.
In the introduction of this book, Carnegie states that nothing in this book is going to be new to you. He’s totally right, when I go back and review what I learned in the book, nothing in the book did I not know before.
This book is just a sharp reminder of what we need to be doing to be living a more relaxed, happy, and a life with less worry.
Warning: If you are not willing to take action then don’t buy this book. Just reading this book is not enough. You need to learn, practice, and practice some more. You need to be dedicated to implementing the principles in this book into your own life, but if you do take action than you will get massive amounts of results from this book, don’t get me wrong.

These are just a few of the principles in the book. You might find out that you’ve heard or already know this principles, but Dale Carnegie goes into great detail as to why and how these principles can have a profound impact on your life.
